Who We Are
Our multicultural, global team was meticulously selected and developed over decades — supporting some of the most complex (and successful) programs at the highest levels of industry and governments, as well as the financial system.
After decades of driving positive change and success for others, our organization refocused its efforts on driving the same level of change for the world. We do not show favoritism to any gender, race, religion, country or political affiliation. All activities are solely selected based on their merits and ability to provide positive, sustainable good for the world.
Self-Funded
Joseph's Little Red Wagons does not accept funds from any external sources. We have grown and maintain one of the largest (private equity) independent sovereign heritage funds. Our assets are cleared at the highest levels of the financial system. We use our assets for the betterment of humanity through both commercial and humanitarian programs. Our private equity funds are used to support program activities globally. All program funding allocations are based on the merits of each program which we undertake.
Venture Capital
Joseph's Little Red Wagons is one of the largest self-funded private venture capital organizations in the world. Our team has vast experience scoping and leading tens of thousands of successful projects and programs globally. Due to the strength of our systems, processes, independent capital funds and knowledge base, we are capable of supporting a more diverse portfolio of programs than any other venture capital firm. Our global base of industry professionals, as well as intellectual property and technology licensing, is available to support any program we undertake — ensuring the success of everything we fund.

Application & Selection Process
Our project selection process involves systematically evaluating potential projects to ensure alignment with United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, resource availability, and the benefit expected from successful completion. Proposed projects are evaluated on impact, urgency, risk and probability of success. Additional considerations may include stakeholder impact, regulatory compliance, and innovation potential. Tools like scoring models, weighted decision matrices, and feasibility studies help in objectively evaluating projects. The process concludes with a stakeholder review and final approval to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment across the organization. A clear, criteria-driven approach increases consistency, reduces bias, and improves the overall success rate of selected projects. All operations are monitored and controlled via our state-of-the-art ERP system that provides end-to-end visibility of project activity.
Humanitarian Programs
We are dedicated to being good global citizens and support a multitude of humanitarian programs designed to raise the human condition. The programs we support range from ensuring availability of medical care and supplies to building infrastructure in underserved areas. Unlike traditional private equity organizations, we maintain and invest in a vast portfolio of Intellectual Property (IP) to support our programs and promote the growth of the countries and businesses we support. We are currently deploying over 200 revolutionary technologies that will significantly lower the world’s carbon emissions without hindering growth. Our waste to energy solution will provide clean, sustainable energy while eliminating new landfill waste, cleaning up existing landfills and toxic waste sites, plus create thousands of new jobs in Green Technology. We have the resources (scientific, engineering, business, financial) to facilitate breakthrough discoveries for the betterment of humanity.

Our History
The root of Joseph's Little Red Wagons started many decades ago with a core group of people dedicated to providing a better solution and private equity financial resources to solve complex global issues. After reading Genesis 45:27, the original members of Joseph's Little Red Wagons found their name AND established the operating model and funding resources still at work to this very day. Though the name was used for decades, the Joseph's Little Red Wagons name was formally consecrated Easter 2011. Joseph's Little Red Wagons now has locations and resources on almost every continent of the world. Our next phase of expansion begins mid-2025 when Joseph's Little Red Wagons stands-up our global network of funding and resources organizations.
